i dont post so much as i leech tv shows..

since my isps newsgroups blow, i use news.astraweb.com

ISP. There are some nice services you can use for binary groups though.

My ISPs local one.. nice getting downloads of 600-700 KB a sec.

Plus they have a good completion rate, even if the retention is a little low.
