Depending on who is filing the charges, and on what coast, it could be any or all of the following...

You can also get nicked on the Homeland Security laws too since you were using some form or another of critical infrastructure.

I can recommend some excellent lawyers that specialize on these crimes, expect nothing more than a little probation and a huge fine depending on how severe the damage was.

A lot depends on what company's site you hacked, how long it was down for, and if you deleted any of the files or caused them any damage. I wouldn't test your assumption though
