aaah....but, here comes the tough part -

I'm looking for an intelligent, creative, open-minded, dependable webmaster who I can bring on staff to handle anything and everything web-related.

P&L (knowing what that means is a good thing) responsibility is yours. I'd like to hand the right person the keys to a bunch of kick ass domains, some awesome partnerships, a webcam studio and my escort agency's websites. Your job is to make it all profitable.

You'll be on a base salary + a % of what the sites make. Benefits (including health insurance) are available.

Yeah could be.. I know there are a lot of Atlanta area webmasters though.
