How managed is fully managed for them?

I have one of their $399 a month 10mbs specials and it's been fine. It's fully managed. The only thing they set me up to do myself is create e-mail addresses through a panel. But they said they could set up e-mail accounts for me if I needed them to.

how quickly do they reply? How is their uptime?

is the 10 mbps capped or (fully) burstable?

I think it's fully burstable by default but you can have it capped if you want. Thats what I did.
