How to make a shorcut in Linux
I'm switching servers... compiling and transferring everything to the new server... but it creates everything in /home2 instead of /home...
how do I create a shortcut from /home/username to /home2/username? Thanks! |
i think what you need is a symbolic link. do a search for symlink on google.

man ln
ln -s is what you want |
