Where's the best place to buy concert tickets online?

Madonna is going on tour and I want to see her.
I haven't been to a concert in about 15 years since van hagar so I dont know how seating works, but I want kick ass seats to see her. Is that balcony or on the side or in the pit?

i usually use the Venue where the concert is at official site. Ticketmaster is pretty reliable too
