I live in Las Vegas and I don't have anything to do. This being alone shit is going to take some very serious getting used to. Time to look at the movie listings, I guess.

Sorry, it's not that there aren't things to do in Las Vegas, just nothing I want to do alone.

Wandering around the casinos alone? Pfft.
Eating out alone? Pfft.
Going to clubs alone? I don't even like going to clubs as part of a group.
Go to a movie alone? Pfft (although I may end up having to do this).
Sitting at home doing nothing alone? Pfft.
Driving around alone? Pfft (a little better than staying home, maybe).

It's surreal being alone after so long. I have to get out and do something but it's not like my friends can just hop on planes and zip out here to hang out tonight.

Why not try something else where you could meet people? Go to a coffee shop, find a gym. Don't focus so much on 'doing it alone'. Think of it as an opportunity to meet people you may not have otherwise.

I agree with merlin. Go out and meet some people. They don't need to be the friends like you have back home, but they could grow into good buddies. Sitting alone and thinking about it won't help at all ( speaking from experiance) :2 cents:

Ok, sorry, this isn't supposed to turn into another poor-me thread, I'm just bored out of my skull. I'm not used to feeling so lonely and it's rough. Sorry if I made anyone cry with the first thread :)
