From what i'm aware you can't change your address they have to do it.
What type of account do you have?
for a mechant account they can't send to an e-mail off memory you have to have the link up on the site or summot like that.

Thats lame, they need to let you have multiple email addresses and you need to be able to change things in your account easily. Oh well, I am on the phone with them now. I guess I was just spoiled by Paypal.
