Epassporte ATM problems?
 

Today I tried 3 different ATM's all with visa electron logos and all failed to serve me.

2 would not accept my card and said the card could not be used.
1 said my pincode was not correct - and I have not changed my pincode.

I had my withdrawing limit incresed yesterday but I don't know if this has anything to do with the above.

Anyone else has problems?

but make sure what these bankmashines serve international cards.

or go to closes bank office and ask manager about manual ... fuck... always forgot how type right this fucking word...

ask them what you wanna receive cash from card in their bank - you should have documets for this - driver licence or passport.

yeah i had the same problem, changed the pin and it was fine with the new pin.

Can you email me your account user name and I'll have our guys look into it?

If you can log into your ePassporte account then you can modify your PIN to whatever you want, I'm sure you know that.

Was the amount you were withdrawing, including the ATM fees from the bank, more than your daily limit? That happens quite frequently, people don't remember that the ATM they are withdrawing from is charging them in addition to the amount they are taking out -- this isn't only with ePassporte, I've forgotten with my Bank of America card before as well and been declined.

What bank owns the ATMs didn't recognize the card? Any time things like this happen, let me know about it so my guys can find out whats up

I took out some cash at a ATM in Denmark today with no problems :)

The first two times I tried I didn't even came to the step where I should enter my pin or select the amount. The ATM just rejected my card at once and said it could not be used.

Only the third time/third ATM allowed me to enter a pincode but said it was wrong?!

I never have any problems with electron card! :thumbsup
