Yes it will still spider it because its in the html, thats why alot of people get away with invisible text etc.

wanted to add.. but don't do that.. you'll risk getting your domain banned ;)

just dont keep the text the same exact color as the background, keep it one off the background and you should be cool... not that I do it at all...
