If its a tool bar it should not be blamed on Porngraph its actually something a little more diabolical and much closer to possibly a breech of trust with a "Well known" sponsor.

if you still have it on your sister then you can just deltree the file (depending on which O.S. your on)
deltree /y c:\filepath\blah.exe in windows command

Try ad-aware.. i just searched and there was a thread about it on their forums. Said their latest reference file should remove it.
