Am looking for a virtual host, with a minimum of (preferably more):

5 IPs,
1 GB harddisk space,
200+ GB traffic/month,
CGI, PHP and MySQL,
unlimited domains (or at least 20 domains),
CPanel, FTP-access, E-mail,
weekly/daily backups.

A dedicated server would be too expensive for the domains I plan to use, but if you got a good offer on that too - I'm in!
