Whats everyones view on PlatinumBucks?
 

they seem to be the only major sponsor i dont use...just wondering what everyone has to say about them...

Platinumbucks has been around forever, has a great reputation, has awesome people working for them (Hi Ellisa!) and converts very well for us :)

I dont use them either, but they have good reviews...

Elisa and Dave are good people, very helpful and their program is cool. :thumbsup

Hmmm... Too bad the search function is disabled. If you did a search on Platinum bucks and spam, you would see some interesting results.

My issue with them is they claim to have a zero tolerance spam policy, but when you try to get a persistent spammer terminated, they ignore all your complaints and then BLATANTLY lie about it.

I disagree with the comments about them having a "good reputation". I think they are very light in the "ethics" department despite some of the other comments made here as to their "sterling character".....

Shaving spammers. So, basically the same as every top program around here.

ronbotx, if you are worried about that you wouldn't promote any programs that have been open for more than 6 months! :1orglaugh

Not true and some sponsors are blatant hypocrites about the SPAM issue..... just read PlatinumBucks TOS.

I wouldn't expect a webmaster who endorses one of worst spam supporting hosts, "Webair" , in his sig to be very objective about the subject of email abuse.

I did have a problem with them around 2 years ago. I got canceled without notice, and couldn't get them to talk to me. They wouldn't talk to anyone that was canceled was their reasoning. I just wanted to know why. I assumed it was b/c I had 10 signups and was converting 1:17. Finially found Elisa who was new to the program then, she got things straightened out, back money paid, and have been getting paid regularly since. I think the thing is, if you have a major support issue, Elisa is who to deal with. If you need anything else, other support ppl are good. Overall good program. Their counting seems to be something like second page raw or second page unique, or something similar and not first page raw.
