yea both of you were wrong, he is black and used to play for the nets, lead the league in rebounding. There was 3 jason williams in the league the other black one change his named so he wouldn't be associated with the guy who shot someone and then he got in a motorcycle accident.

why is that? There were two charges that no verdict was reached. If he had been found innocent they could not retry, but if no verdict at all, he is fair game.

He was cleared on aggravated manslaughter, there was no verdict on the reckless manslaughter, that is what they will be trying him on again.

My bad, there were 8 charges. Three he was found not guilty, four he was found guilty, and one deadlocked, the reckless manslaughter, that is what they will retry him on.
