How much time and/or money have you lost due to procrastination?

Be honest...

Nothing?

$1,000?

$1,000,000?

Somewhere in between?

I estimate we've lost around 1-15k in the last few months.

If you are a procrastinator, what brings you out of that mood?

Sometimes it's sickening. Especially when someone else capitolizes on one of your ideas.

bdld 05-21-2004 12:18 PM

who knows, i dont even want to think about it

The money I'm losing by procrastination at this very moment is nearly impossible to predict... it's like Heisenberg's uncertainty principle. The more accurate you try to measure the time period you've lost money in, the more wacky your estimate of the money lost is. :winkwink:

Shhh... if you stop and listen real hard, you can hear the sound of cash being blown away while you read this message.

:ak47: :2 cents:

Who can tell? Probably a decent figure.. maybe I just missed out on a lot of pointless aggravation.

Blargh -- good question. I prefer to think I haven't actually "lost" that money though . . . I'll earn it tomorrow or whenever I stop procrastinating :1orglaugh

What brings me out of procrastination? I don't know . . . nothing works all of the time, but I just bought this cool timer:
http://time-now.com/

You can set 12 alarms, timers, etc. Helps me manage my time better.
