Im just researching, im going to start one when i know all i need to know.

If you update regularly, you don't need as much to start.

But you should have three months worth of content when you launch.

I would guess a few thousand images. You don't want them to see the enitre site in one afternoon. They'll get pissed off and charge back. :321GFY

There is realy no figure you can say that has to be the min. It all depends to what kind of niche you are doing, how hard it will be to find new content and what kind of quality you like to give your users.

If you start with a single girl site for e.g. it will be enough to start with about 20 sets and probably 3 to 5 videos. But, and this is much more important, do regular updates of the site and get online new content at least every week. Your members will love it.

There are some tools for administration around to help you with the htaccess stuff. Probably you will check your processor first, most are comming with some little tools to help you at this point. Or, just have a look to hotscripts.com
