Lawsuit against PIB cash
Since there is hard evidence about the shaving is anyone going to be taking legal action against PIB?
|
heh heh heh heh you said hard.
|
I can see the BS now:
"Just because the option was there does not mean it is being used" hahahahahahaha -- I betcha that will be an excuse. |
I know someone who is and for the amount they shaved, he should :winkwink:

strange...
they shaved so much like 90% (or more) and they still couldnt make any money?? not good. |
I've said it before and I will say it again...
If anybody is interested in persuing legal action against Rodney Connor, feel free to contact me and I will put you in touch with my attorney. So far a couple of people have come forward and after tonight...I have been contacted by a couple more. |
if i used them as a sponsor and got cheated out of that much signups i probably would seek legal action too.
|
Civil lawsuit?
You can file a criminal complaint and nail them on RICO charges. |
Looks like they are screwed

I looked at those sites, and they're not converting at 1/50, no way in hell. I wouldn't take any of those numbers as gospel. The script was fucked. |

That's the hardest shave I have ever seen! |
A class action suit would be a good thing.

this is why everyone and their mother shaves..lots of talk about legal action and nothing is done. Not that its easy to prove LEGALLY but comeon.
|
Wow, that is what you call major shaving!!!!
|
wow talk about shaving... fuck that's like 90% shave!
|
If it goes to court, it should set an interesting precedent. Hopefully they lose badly and it encourages other sponsors to be more honest.
|
lol...b/c generally there is nothing left after these companies bow out.
Anybody sue babenet or Likewhoa? |
I believe in the case of fraud you can go directly after the owner's personal assets.
|
Well, here's the thing folks:
Shaving is not only a civil thing, but could also be a criminal act (fraud). In the US, officers of a company that support and operate a fraudulent scheme in the company name are also liable themselves in criminal court. There may be no money, but I would suggest that a winning judgement (even if not able to be paid financially) might be enough to get the DA in that area working on fraud charges. You could also point this out to the feds, who might want to come have a look at the books to see where that money was going (is the shave just not being reported, or are those signups and payments getting diverted elsewhere... and is that elsewhere an officer's personal account?) If you think you have a leg to stand on, aim high and wide. Alex |
Exactly, shaving stats is a criminal offence, press charges join the lawsuit! I never bothered with PIB thought their tours where shit, but if you did even if you are not sure you got shaved, join the lawsuit and help stop sponsors STEALING from you! Make them accountable!
