I was told from a good lawyer friend....

Any adult and playground would only be trouble in the long run....

Acually each investor only owns 7% I own 51% of the project and it is designed to build up slowly but within 3 years it will be amazing!
73 acres of land and I own it all HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

I love to challenge other peoples sense of right and wrong!!!
Especially considering the dictionary states a playground is a field for games....is the world so ignorant to think that adults don't play LOL!!!!
