Ok construction work is going well, I am very amazed. On my property I have my house and further on down the road two mobiles I rent out. I am redoing one of them. Skirting is what I was checking and it is almost done.

Before ya laugh about mobiles just keep in mind they are dirt cheap and I get 650-700 a month out of them.

As for my drink. I went for the I am a white boy cup AKA a mason jar. Bottom half ice cubes, then a layer of chipped ice, and filled with water. Exciting huh?

Yeah rentals are insane here. Funny thing is they aint even double wides. Oh my mortgage is only 703.00 rounded to closest dollar.
