It was a nice day so I thought I'd give my toy a run and brake in the new engine. Man that thing rocks 68 MPH :thumbsup Ill have to get some action pics some day :)

I bought the Hummer one and was showing it off in the backyard around the pool and there it went, right into the water. That was a fun toy while it lasted. I think its still down there. :1orglaugh

I had a hell of a time putting the new engine in. Was only the 2nd time I tinkered with it. I belwup the 1st engine. LOL


tranza, I really don't know if it is a true 68 MPH thats what they told me when I got that engine as the max speed.

I have such one too. It's makes really fun to drive them.

I used to find building them relaxing. It'd take a couple weeks of an hour here and hour there.. then after a couple months I'd sell the one I made and make a new one.

Then I stopped being a geek and started spending my money on my car instead. :1orglaugh

Might take it up again.. I always wanted to build a helicopter one.

I might try a helicopter or a plane some day.

Very Nice SlickRick, I'm sorta wishing I went with a RC Truck now -- these pebbles are a bitch when running so fast & having such a low body. I'm sure that's not much of problem for you.

These NY streets are a headache, I'm probably going to head to Flushing tommorrow if I have extra time to open it up fully.

Thats the problem being in the desert with a street car, don't want to have a problem with the pebbles, and its pretty fun in the desert. I have a huge empty lot across from me and ideal for full on high speed and bumps and jumps and what not. :) Just the twigs are a real bitch.

It's extremly fun, great stress reliver when you have that need for speed but still too lazy to take your real car out for a spin.

I seen a T-maxx in action once, great choice to handle bumps and jumps. If you look around on this board you will find a video posted a while back of someone who used a similar RC + Ramp to jump over their house lol :Graucho

I took another look at this one, (at the ebay site) and goddamn that is just sick. The detail is awesome, with the flywheel and all that, just dont care for the purple to much, but it is still awesone.

Also need some monster dirt throwing tires. :)
