As some of you know, my single girl site will be launched soon. I will be live 24/7. In the past few months, I learned a lot about this business, aquired skills and had tons of ideas.


I'd like to know what you guys think would keep my members entertained. I will do daily live shows, correspond with them through my forum, etc, but I'm looking for more ways of increasing members interest.


I will pick the 5 best ideas and give the posters access to my site before it is launched.

One fun thing would be have contest where members can enter it and ask to have you write something on your body with chocolate syrup or something, in their specified location (and you can have rules of course), and you draw 1 name every day, every other day, or every week and record it on your live cam.. A member might request something like "Audrey loves Mr.Big" across your chest. :)

Perhaps once per month you could select a member at random and offer to do them a set of pictures or a video based on whatever fantasty they have (within reason, of course). You know, uniform stuff like soccer player, cheerleader, etc. or public flashing or foot fetish or whatever his fantasy is. You know, just acting out one of his fantasies. You could make it clear that you have the right to turn down any request but that you will honor any you can. Then all the members could see the content and congratulate the winner on the message board. It would make it an incentive to stay a member for the hopes of seeing their favorite hottie doing their favorite fantasy. :)

On my site, there is a private chat, where the member is alone with me. I record the show and give him the video after.

Do a personal live show for one lucky member each day or every other day. Maybe for whoever is on your site the longest at one time or who ever visits your site the most in a week or whatever. Maybe buring that personal show you can take a pic and sign it for them and give it to them as a gift.

Give away some articles of clothing every week or month or so. Like panties or bras or whatever. Or, bake a member some cookies every week. Give stuff away, people like free stuff. :2 cents:

Offer them a way to order custom 8x10's or 24x36 posters signed by you so they can choke the chicken when the computer is not accessible. :Graucho

Plus make some desktop backgrounds to give 'em. Be sure to mix in non-nudes as well so their kids eyeballs dont pop outta their heads.

:2 cents:

- Have weekly contests
- Add Live Cam Feeds to your site (for when your not around)
- Buy Content (fill up your members area)
- Put other girls in your content area
- Update as much as possible

Contests are always a great idea.
Along with giving away things like panties or bras, you could give away signed 8x10 pictures of yourself, or even give away a free month or year of access to members.

Contests are great for helping retention.

Also, have a message board on your site, and post on a regular basis. Answer questions, do some fun request pics, maybe even run and advice column.

Surfers love interactivity.

I don't think you're going to need these gimmicks to get signups Audrey :Graucho

Though, you could try a few things:

• Calendar, Mug, or Pens etc.
• Personal letter to all members who join - lipstick kiss on each one :)
• Have a video a week for download, (not live) that's set up for a particular fetish - pantyhose one week, then a dildo set, then something else...

*Trivia Weekly Contests
(Do something every day that only a fan would catch up on-that will drive members AND hold them there!!! You can have prizes anywhere from something of yours to $$ to a free 10 min private show. whatever ya think is the coolest gift BACK to the fans and members.

You might want to see how just doing daily shows goes for a while before you start throwing more on your plate. I've met very few girls who really like doing cam shows & most get burned out after a while, even doing only 1 or 2 shows a week.

I do strictly voyeur cams. Performing like a trained seal just doesn't fit my personality & when I have a million other projects on the go, stopping work to try & accomodate 300 viewers barking requests...not gonna happen.

Set boundaries so that it stays fun for you, not just a job. Have a great time! :)

Here's what we are doing right now with AudreyLive

1.) Video Personal message to each new member. (hello "name" this is audrey, chat chat chat (around 30 secs long)

2.) Everytime a member logs-in gets credits that he can use with the interactive section to bid on Phone Sex minutes or exclusive chat minutes, panties or anything like that.

3.) Live Streaming cam 24/7 at 27fps with sound and 2 angle cams.

4.) The members actually decide what Audrey's is doing each day. Each member can suggest an activity for the morning, afternoon or evening. Then all the members can vote for an activity. The activity that gets the more vote actually happens.

5.) Weekly poll on stuff that will happen on the live cam.

6.) There are new photoshoots everyday and video shot everyday as well, so it's updated MANY times every day.

8.) Audrey chats with her members 3-5 hour per day.
