I dont trow out prices if i'm not exactly sure what needs to be done. When some one says i want an affiliate program design can also mean he wants the webmaster area design ect... so i dont trow out a price unless i have the spec and that's how i do business.

Maybe you can teach me a thing or two about how to do business :winkwink:

normally, i would stay out of these things, but i have to agree with Alien on this one...how can you quote a site like the accuratly when the client WILL not even want to discuss details? that is a nightmare waiting to happen

The shit is in your head! Dickman and the most of the others have great designs. If you are on a 56k you are behind the time. What you you expect? A lot of surfers have dsl and cable connections. If a surfer is spending $25+ on a paysite he can expect a good design. For the modem connections you can offer a low speed design.

That's the main reason i dont trow out #'s at people, always like to speak over icq or phone so i can get all the details to avoid any problems in the future.
