Virtual Dub. It's free, and there's a plugin to add a watermark to videos.

dawg, it's fairly easy in Vegas. actually a whole loteasier than a bunch of software out there.

right click on time line "create new video track"
place water matermark on it
drag the edge to have it last however long you want.
right click on the watermark video track to change other params

virtual dub with logo filter 1.9 or somethin.

Works great, easy cheesy.

TMPEGenc does it. Cleaner does it. Vegas Video is the easiest though.
