Dam I wish we would have played the Queens. You know there going to split up the Queens this summer. Webber does it again just as he has one his whole basketball career. Going back to the NCAA Finals. Webber belongs in the Hall Of Shame.

loverboy 05-20-2004 10:32 AM

Lakers is very well rested. The wolves are tired with the Kings series. Lakers in 5 :thumbsup

Chaldoray 05-20-2004 10:32 AM

wolves! KG, Cassell, Sczerbiak, and Sprewell are a deadly combination on the court.

channel69content 05-20-2004 10:53 AM

Webber defiantly cost them the game. Did you see that missed lay up with under two minutes to go!! PATHETIC!! Then the Missed three at the buzz was so typical Webber. The guy has to go down as one of the biggest chock artists in sports history. Who can forget his time out that cost Michigan the NCAA tournament! Being from LA and a Laker fan my whole life I can not pick anyone but the lakers. The first two games will be huge though! It will set the pace of the whole series. It is important for the Lakers to come out and win game one. My feeling is that Garnett will be a bit shell shocked having never been this far in the playoff's and the pressure should start to mount. Even at 40 the mailman is a tricky defender and should get under his skin. My prediction Lakers take it in 6 Winning games 1, 3, 4, and 6

lakers in 5

SCtyger 05-20-2004 11:44 AM

there's no-one on the Twolves that's a real defensive stopper vs. Kobe.

Kobe will light-em up. ... the only option to slow him down a bit would be KG on Kobe ... i've seen KG guard Tmac .. he did a pretty decent job... But KG wont have anything left in the tank on Offense if he has to guard Kobe.

LakeShow baby!! :thumbsup
