WASHINGTON - Sexually explicit Internet spam must now carry a warning label. A Federal Trade Commission rule went into effect Wednesday requiring that unsolicited commercial e-mail that contains sexually oriented material include the words "SEXUALLY EXPLICIT" in the subject line. |
most of what those fucking spammers do is against the law already. what makes you think another law will have any effect.
the US can make all the laws they want and it will still not have any effect because most of them are overseas. |
