What a great game last night! It is awesome that Calgary has made it so far ... they play great as a team, and have outstanding guts, grit, and determination. I hope they can win the cup now!

LOL, don't feel bad John. My Leafs got put out by Philly, and it doens't even look like Philly will make the finals at this point.

Ah well, such is life. The sharks were very close, but I think the Flames just had a better team work ethic. Once that top line of San Jose was shut down, it was all down hill for them.

My condolences though. Maybe next year (if there is hockey) we can have our SJ / Toronto final :winkwink:

There's a huge Edmonton - Calgary rivalry, but you just have to cheer for them. I can't believe they've made it this far. Go FLAMES!

I wish calgary had a chance . But won't happen ... just look at tampa . They got the best team ever .

I honestly wish tampa can win the cup . Not because I like their team, because it would be like when the Devils won the cup with Lemaire and the trap . The whole gameplay would be revolutionalised and all teams would try to build offensive teams.

Not sure they have the best team ever ... they have a very potent offence. But most coaches will tell you that offence is exciting to watch, but defence wins championships. Should be an interesting series, but I doubt it will revolutionize anything.
