You'll just piss out 90% of it. Excess intake of water-soluble vitamins are excreted and not stored in the body. Best to take multiple doses thoughout the day. :2 cents:

i take a 1k of Vit C daily. havent been sick since i started takin it a few months ago. also, i take Wal-phed (from Walgreens) Cold & Allergy daily too. Fresh-cut grass is murder to my allergies :(

honestly, that is a waste of the stuff. 60-70 mg is more than enough, easpecially considering the fact your normal diet should contain enough as well

If you're not sick or injured and you take high dosages of Vitamin C your urine will be bright yellow..... but if you are sick, with that smae dose you could have clear urine.

When you're sick, it takes much more to get to that point where its dumping out the excess (assuming that the bright yellow urine is the unrequired vitamin C being dumped out)
