When the company comes before the 3rd party processor on the descriptor it means they are in the breakout program. Odd..

The regular join page has the old prices and paycom.
On the exit banner I get this special offer with jettis as payment company. But this exit is old. (at least 2 month)

Someone just told me that if it is CMPNY*ibill.com instead of ibill.com*CMPNY (or any other 3rd party processor) that means the company is in the Visa breakout program. Perhaps I am wrong but why else would they only be charging so little?

Im told for VISA USA the rule is..

over 1% for three CONSECUTIVE months you are put on the breakout list. You then have 6 months to clean up.

could be wrong who knows, its kind of like the sexually-explicit label. they don't actually tell you what classifies as sexually-explicit.

I've been hearing that since last summer. If the search worked, you could find threads about it. I do remember when it was first announced, ARSs was changed to that. Someone else also, but I can't remember who. I'll admit, I thought that's what it meant, too.

it will be interesting to see if a big program really goes under because of visa cb rules.....many webmasters suggested it a few months ago but it's not happening yet

why are they still listing american express as a payment option

I think I might be geo-redirected because I'm in Australia right now... maybe they have problems with foreign chargebacks so the price is cheaper or something...

They might filter certain traffic that they consider high cb risk to an expendable merchant account.

Possible. I read in a sponsor forum that Australia has a high charge back rate. Spain also.

Did you type in their url, or entered from an affiliate link?
I don't know about them, but some programs have different pricing options for the same sites, f.e Flynt Digital.
It's up to the webmasters to chose the price option ( cetainly that reflects their commisions ).

The $1dollar option is a popup offer when you leave the sign up page :)
