Finally Saw Matrix Revolutions
 

After the steaming pile of shit that was Matrix Reloaded, I had absolutely no desire to see the final movie. But, some Hollywood Video coupons came in the mail and I picked it up. It wasn't nearly as bad as I feared. I enjoyed seeing some of the story from a few of the more reasonable AI's perspective. It was definitely worth a freebee rental. I still think those dreadlocked ravers in Zion were hardly worth saving.

At last!

I don't like how they killed off Trinity.

And those Cave Ravers didn't look like they belonged in the Matrix movie...

Yeah, Trinity's death could have been a little more meaningful than getting impaled during a crash landing.

I thought that was lame.

The only good thing about the movie were the scenes with the power suits fighting off the robots.

But the special effects were cool!

Yeah, that movie is cool. Just right for an ending of a 3-part movie.

I enjoyed the whole series. I dont understand people that nitpick little things about good movies. Is it a coolness thing? "I'm cool because I don't like what you like."

Reminds me of.. "I used to like that band before they became big / popular..", whenever I hear someone utter those words I KNOW I am dealing with a fucking idiot.

That movie would have been better if they just left the orginal as a stand alone movie the sequals ruined it

The first one was the best and then they were progressively worse.

I liked the Matrix. Hell I even liked most of Reloaded.

Its just they put in all this shit that doesn't seem to quite fit in the other two movies. Its like the writer all of a sudden changed.
Revolutions was a disappointment after Reloaded brought up all these questions and theories only to have them unanswered...

I think Reloaded should have been scraped altogether. The few concepts needed for Revolutions could have easily been incorporated in the other two movies.

i thought the last 2 were pretty good, after the 1st one came out it would be hard to follow up on the original 4 years later without losing some steam with the original fans
