Toothache home remedies...
 

ok I have had about 6 hours sleep in the past 5 days. Give me your best toothache remedies. Homemade preferrably and please note that I am out of marijuana and my beer is dwindling. Salt water? Aspirin? Hot/Cold Compress? WHAT DO I DO???

Got a tea bag handy? If so run it under hot water or boil some water, then squeeze the water out and put the tea bag in yer mouth covering that tooth. Worked for me once.

Home remedy for a toothache - the Chinese approach with food

Star fruit (carambola): This is believed to reduce fever and detoxify. When used as a home remedy for a toothache to relieve pain, 3 star fruits are crushed to make a juice, which is then drunk twice a day.

Peppermint: 5 grams of fresh peppermint is boiled in 1 cup of water with a pinch of salt. When drunk, this is believed to relieve toothaches, as well as any other types of pain affecting the head and neck, including headaches.

Nutmeg is considered bad for toothaches, so in this instance should be avoided.

Although not specifically a home remedy for a toothache, to help reduce bleeding gums, it is suggested to brush teeth with fine table salt in the mornings and evenings.

Take a couple of aspirin ans ground them up. Place the powder into cheesecloth and place on the tooth that hurts. Tastes like shit but works in a pinch.......Or go buy some anbesol.

Clove Oil stops toothache pain the most effective of any home remedy.

I got a little vile of that somewhere in this house. I have been tearing the walls apart today trying to find it but no luck. :(

I know sometimes stuff comes up at odd hours or on weekends and you can't get there, but if it's been hurting you night and day for 5 days, why haven't you gone?? At the very least, call and see if he'll call you in a prescription for something until you can get there. If it's hurting that bad, sounds like pain medication would be about the only thing to help. Or try to over the counter stuff someone mentioned like orajel. My great grandmother used to say hold whiskey in your mouth till it's numb. :1orglaugh

3 tylenol 3's should fix you up. your legs will be a little numb though...

Get a small piece of garlic. Cut it into small pieces and put it in the affected area.

get drunk and smoke some pot ! LOL
