Messages Stuck In Outlook Express

Anyone know why this is? It only happens to only one of our email accounts but it very annoying. Our host said it is something with out end, anybody have any ideas?

Fucking shitty ass outlook express.. maybe try outlook... seems to be a bit more reliable..
