My shrink has me on Paxil 1x per day and Xanax 4x per day

Tbh it has really helped me with my anxiety and panic attacks.

I had my second shrink appt today. We talked and shit... really helped ... This anxiety came outta nowhere 3 yrs ago and has really "fucked up my life"

Many times I have had to cancel stuff do you my anxiety and such

Actually Pharmacia makes Xanax. Pfizer makes Zoloft. As a Pfizer stock holder I would appreciate it if you switched to Zoloft.


On a serious note. Ask your doc about Klonopin. I have suffered Panic attacks for many years. It took thousands of dollars in doctor bills until I finally met a shrink that knew her shit. I had tried it all Zoloft, buspar, xanax etc. but everything was like a roller coaster. Klonopin works on a much more steady basis. You get very few rebound attacks on it because it stays in your system.

Google it. its worth asking about.
