Close to any video editor which can handle more than 1 Video track is able to do this kind of job. I personaly prefer Vegas 4.0 as well, but I can't say it's better or not. But it's doing a good job for a fair price

I purhase Vagas 3 years ago from Sonic Foundry, I heard the new Sony versions have a lot of bugs and if you need tech support it goes to somewhere in India. Can't understand 3 out of 4 words they say.
