the types of spam I get never cease to amaze the hell out of me....

mortgage junk (my girlfriend works for Countrywide... like I need a mortgage through some email spam... lol), dick grower pills, (my dick is large enough already), foreign blabbering, (I can't read the shit anyway), etc....

but today takes the cake. Some dumbass is spamming me for a porn site that I created..... lol

Ya I gotta change my email every 3 months 'cause of all the spam. But, oh well... nobody can stop it.

I hate junk mail. Considering how many people just filter and delete spam, you have to wonder how effective it really is. Maybe the trend will eventually die off and our email will be annoyance free again...

nope, it's not. Since I've been using "SpamFighter" it's reduced the spam here by 95%. Taking it down from 500+ a day to around 9.

only 25% of my email is spam, but I pray for spam ten times more than those forwarded fucking jokes from my relatives that were old even when I first got on the net....THAT takes up a majority of my time moreso than glancing through my junkmail folder in netscape mail...

odd... because to me, the ones that are mailing are failing.

There is absolutely no targeting involved at all, evident by the abundance of spam I get that has absolutely nothing I might be remotely interested in.... I would say it at least a 99% to 1% ratio of crap I receive that is junk vs. something I might actually read.

Spammers don't typically use their god given brains at all. They survive on one philosophy only: Sheer numbers. Thinking they can survive indefinately and prosper by blasting out millions of pieces of complete shit day in and day out.

Never once considering that even the dumbest AOL user gets a little bit smarter every day, and a little bit more sick and tired of getting that crap day after day.

Most have absolutely no backup plan or other skills whatsoever. Consequently, when their spam operation inevitably tanks (and they all will, it's just a matter of time) they will find themselves thumb-in-ass wondering what went wrong. Most likely the popular excuse will be to blame the government..... as lame ass people do for everything else.
