i tried epasseporte but wasnt able to sign up with them (tried 2 cards)

anything else ?

try epassporte again tommorow... sometimes my card gets declined too, and miraculously it works the next day.

I have used Moneybookers for long time and no problems. Also Epassporte is a good service.

Doesn't MB request the customer to fax info to them (ID, etc?)
