What TGP management and traffic trading scripts are the best?

I need scripts for running a "fake tgp". one that will not take any submissions and will rely on hosted galleries and galleries that I make.

what are the best scripts for running such tgp with minimal effort?

I was planning on picking up the new autogallery rotator script soon to do this. Might be worth a look..

try out remote thumbs I just set it up on a site and seems pretty nice. Once you set it up you don't have to do anything.
