you're not allowed to use a full 468x60 ARS banner in your sig on GFY.

i'd suggest you take it out before ARS terms you or GFY bans you.

haha, sorry guys... didn't see any of the messages. No need to get hissy, from the GFY rules i read it seemed like it was ok. Guess not.

btw, ARS allows it now... and ARS is a sponsor on this board as far as i know. So how is it breaking the rules?

Read the other thread. PHPSlave said in the thread by Lensman that ARS allows whatever the board allows as far as banners or buttons. PHPSlave is a programmer for ARS.

Yeah, PHPSlave said they allow whatever the board allows... no biggie, i'll stick with the small one for now. I'm just bitter that I lost the code for my old sig by switching to the full ARS banner :) and im too lazy to put it back.

If you look in the ARS webmasters area, under links... there is a banner code availible especially for use on GFY and other vB boards at the very bottom. Don't think they'd have that if they don't allow it...

Only question is if ARS is a "top banner sponsor" or not on GFY. Too many different companies up there for me to tell.
