yes... as everything in the adult business we have to make our money somehow.

simple we skim 5% of traffic meaning 5% of clicks to galleries pulls up galleries with our refcode in it. we dont redirect to other sites we give the surfer what they are looking for.

and we make money on webmaster referral. since you get a chance to sign up from our members area.

small price to pay for a lot of time saved.

Cool, im using your system on 1 of my sites at the moment, im thinking of setting up 5 more on same domain, do I need to install the script 5 times, or can I just point the setting sto the script that already is on that domain?

Whats up with having to give my box's login and a 777 web accessable directory ...?

i am going to answer this question with a quote from boldy on another board....

The remote server is not wide open. Its a cgi-script on your server which need to write to a certain directory which has to be 777, just because most apache servers run as nobody and can't do jack shit on the filesystem.

Second you have to put a password in our interface which is generated on the script you have to upload. These passwords have to match.

You can rename the script to any name you want. name it ajskhjasASDASasdjkashdka893489273myass.cgi and a hacker will have a hard time finding it.

The script is a readable perl script, feel free to analyze it and see for yourself we dont have any intentions of cheating on our clients.

Some of the thumbs don't look that great (ie you can tell they were cropped by a program and not by hand) but I'm sure they are working on that.

over all I think it will be a nice program, I don't think it's anything I would use on a large site. But it will make setting smaller sites pretty easy and cheap.
