i called these guys up, i can't believe you can't do this. i want to transfer US money from my paypal account to my US money bank account with a canadian bank. they said it has to be in canadian only if i am transfering to a canadian bank. can i not do this? seems like a way to get a cut of the exchange rate...

Thats how they make their money.. partially. Screwing you on the exchange.
