Yep, i've been watching it, will probably buy before close today, although the news out certainly isn't good.

I havent made a move in months is why I asked and I forgot my damn password. I tried to buy it at $3.04 and now I'm pissed off I didn't take the time to call and wait 15 minutes on hold to get my password back.

I think i'm going to wait and see how it opens tomorrow, too much negative news out right now concerning the possible SEC civil suit against them.
