I too have become addicted to liquid crack, or what the grocery stores like to call "Red Bull". It's not even the "energy", it does nothing for me, it's the taste. I need to have it.

Bought a case yesterday. Let's see how long it lasts me.

i drank that shit for a few days and it literally had me more anxious than ever. i have insomnia bad enough but i drank red bull at 2 pm and was still wired at 5 am.

Yes, at first it did fuck with my heart so I didn't drink it much. It doesn't bother me as much now, if at all.

i am naturally very high strung, i dont sleep and i am one of those who cannot sit still for long.

i dont use caffeine, and i dont use sugar, my anxiety will go through the roof and unfortunately what some consider "a boost" is really nothing more than sugar, carbs, and i am guessing taurine among other things.

i prefer gatorade DURING and after sex! ;)

I was into Red Bull for several months but developed sleeping problems that still persist, so I'm kind of afraid of it now. I basically only drink it now if I know I'll be drinking booze that night to make me tired.

its the aluminum shavings in the cans slowly you down..

try to stay away from any liquid in a can. I use to see the aluminum shavings in the cans on the canline at the beer factory my father worked at.. stick with paper/plastic or glass it tastes better..

my dad was coroner for the german army and you could see the aluminum shavings in the bodies of men killied in the war..

the aluminum shavings were from the canteens drinking the water and finding the shavings in there liver.. he said you could see it right away it was glitering like diamond dust.. no shit..
