what is your average support response time when using email? I have the idea mine tends to go up and up

I have never had to wait more than 30 seconds for a response. Here's a tip.....Send the email AND a message to NOC on ICQ.

Between 5 minutes and 45 minutes...ICQ is fastest way. BTW you can add domains/mysql/email in the MYISPRIME control panel now
