Anybody remember the fix for that virus that starts blocking websites... or atleast its name?

your question was not very clear.

Hm, your initial post wasnt clear, but I think if you've got one virus you should probably assume thats not all, since unpatched boxes usually have several exploits for the same problem.

I'd grab AdAware/Spybot & Norton AV 2004 or your tools of choice and spend some quality time fixing your box.
