Oxeo hosting - any good?
 

Has anyone here had any bad experiences with them? I'm thinking about checking them out. Feedback is appreciated. Thanks :thumbsup

I can recommend them. I never had any support problems. They don't make any difference between supporting a small virtual account or a dedicated box. Every email was answered during 20 minutes (support team)

we haven't tried it but www.extremerack.com is good

No icq support, no email support, no one answered the phone, can't leave a msg on the phone.

I haven't had any problems with them yet. I had one time the email response was a little slow. It took about 3 hours but the rest of the time within a hour or less.

I have an account at Oxeo and I always got support pretty quickly.

they are a bit expensive but awesome service

from 9-5 maybe...no at 12am on a friday night....but you know I like my hosting 24/7...im weird like that...and im not the first one that had the same problem.

i use oxeo, best support i have ever had, they are always around, on icq and email. no mather how much shit i bug them with, they are always nice and quick to help me :thumbsup

Only heard good things about them.

Do a search, their support sucks. It has been posted about this bad support several times in the past few months.:2 cents:

Their support is quick and reliable ICQ support is always there and emails get answered right away.. great stuff at oxeo been hosted there for about three years now... :thumbsup

support isn't as good as claimed to be, they are good ppl but not the best hosting around. If your needs are fairly big (dedicated box at at least 300gb a month) go isprime, oxeo is just a CoLo there.

Yes they are oki maybe their hosting packages are little bit expencive but trust me you can sleep well when your sites will be hosted on Oxeo
