do you have it? counting sheep doesnt work anymore..seems like i take short naps and wake up doing 18 hours again..even after the club last night i was still up after getting happy feet..help!:helpme

Go to your health food store and get a product called 5-HTP......no side effects and it contains l-tryptophan, the amino acid in such things like turkey and chicken that aid in sleep greatly.

Get some melatonin. That shit will knock you the fuck out.

Chase it with a few valerian root extract pills too. And a bunch of kava kava if you can get your hands on it. The melatonin will work by itself, but the other stuff will give you a nice buzz while you drift off :thumbsup
