What area is the village called? is that centre-sud, centre-nord or le plateau?

it's centre-sud. centre-nord doesn't exist, although you could consider the plateau to be centre-nord. nord and sud are north and south in case you're unaware.

and tabernac is a quebec swear word. our swear words are based on religious terms.

tabernac = tabernacle
ostie = host
calisse = chalice

etc.
