Pass the bottle. I got a fucking toothache that is about to drive me to suicide tonight. Is there any worse, annoying, agonizing pain than a good toothache?

My knee was killing me earlier.. was helping my gf move some furniture so she could do some spring cleaning.

I mean it doesn't even do it in the day time. It's like as soon as I say "Ok enough for today, I am hitting the pillows" it goes...
