Las Vegas Or San Diego ?
Is it better to open a resturant business in Las Vegas ?
The houses are cheaper there too.

Not sure you would want to open a resturant in vegas seeing how every casino has 2 or 3 already. But you do have people that want to get away from all the casino sounds. I only go to vegas to gamble.

AndrewKanuck 05-16-2004 03:37 PM

Canada! Fuck the rest

eroswebmaster 05-16-2004 03:37 PM

Vegas is definitely not a great place to open up a resteraunt unless you've got something so unique that it would stand out among the 1,000's we've got here.

Illicit 05-16-2004 03:55 PM

I need to be near the ocean... Not Vegas

xxxoutsourcing 05-16-2004 04:07 PM

Bangkok and i love it, will never move.

freeadultcontent 05-16-2004 04:09 PM

What experience do you even have in opening a resturant?

Chaldoray 05-16-2004 05:35 PM

Family has expierence but we might open a smoke shop.
Might move to henderson

Chaldoray 05-16-2004 05:36 PM

Somewhere near the ocean, it's nice to know that I can be in a place where I can unwind and relax.

Spunky 05-16-2004 05:49 PM

San Diego sure looks like a great place to live and open a bizz

reynold 05-16-2004 05:55 PM

What type of restaurant are you planning?

EviLGuY 05-16-2004 05:58 PM

Las Vegas.. but then again I've never been to San Diego..

Pornwolf 05-16-2004 05:58 PM

San Diego, definitely.

Chaldoray 05-16-2004 06:02 PM

Well, I was born in San Diego. A nice 1 acre house in vegas is like $288,000 in San Diego it's like $700,000 and in vegas i heard if you open a resturant it won't go far, so people have told me a smoke shop does good.

baycouples 05-16-2004 06:18 PM

Definately San Diego! Las Vegas is for tourists - San Diego is for living! I mean there is a good reason why houses are so cheap in Las Vegas and are so expensive in San Diego! You get what you pay for and when it comes to your home - money should not be an object.

Boogie3 05-16-2004 06:19 PM

Vegas

Chaldoray 05-16-2004 06:45 PM

Our house here in San Diego is like 400k we bought it couple years ago for 180k see the difference ?
Vegas has good areas for familys like Henderson.

Given a choice between Las Vegas and San Diego, I like Las Vegas, If I left Chicago I would have to live in another 24 hour a day city. But I understand the school district is having one helluva time trying to attract teachers, so that might be a negative if you have kids.

I really like San Diego, I was detailed there for nearly six months back in 1999, I would love it even more if it wasn't in California! :1orglaugh Also, they roll up the sidewalks in San Diego at like 9:00pm

I'm planning to move to Nevada, not necessarly Las Vegas, but Boulder looks interesting, and how can you go wrong with any city with a municipal gun range. :Graucho

vegas
cheaper to setup shop and more tourists with fat wallets

Mr. Marks 05-17-2004 02:46 AM

I prefer san diego. The place is very friendly.

But then he will be starting a restaurant, right? So he needs lots of tourists. :2 cents:
