The only canidates who can win an election in Iraq at this point are the Islamic Clerics so you can bet that they will eventually be in charge of Iraq.

The US will have replaced Sadam's secular gov with a new Islamic extremist gov much like the Taliban!!

When the final body count comes in after security is established in Iraq the US will have killed about as many Iraqis as Sadam did.

Sadam killed Sadr Sr. and the US is trying to kill Sadr Jr.

Sadam fought with Iran to try and topple the Ayatohla regime which is now threatening to make nukes!
Sadam was side-tracked from Iran by Kuwait pumping oil off Iraqi land with the backing of the first Bush administration.

Bush #1 distracted Sadam from Iran and Bush #2 distracted him from keeping the Iraqi extremist at bay.

There was a reason why Sadam was once an important US ally and that reason should be clear now.
