I totally understand the guy that asks and i am sure he has no bad intentions.
Different people have different view on this.

He does not look at it from the point of view of board owner, for whom this is just a business.

He talks from the point of view of a single webmaster who is asking fellow webmasters for friendly advice aboutsome other good webmaster boards.
